Okay, before I get to what the title is about I installed a new theme. This theme is called Darkness and I am happy with how it turned out (preview is to the left). Thanks for the comments on the other new theme that was made by Eshita. I now have a total of 10 themes… wow I need to go through and delete some soon! Oh by the way … I have fast internet now! I love it. Downloading things only takes seconds, it’s pure bliss (no pun intended towards my site name). A huge thanks to my friend Chris for fixing it. I also started uploading some more screencaps would will be up next week I still have some more to do. My FTP is a little messed up, I can only use it when I log onto AOL which is annoying so I need to fix that. Thanks for the comments on last blog, I’ll return them soonish.
Now, as for the title of the blog. On my way home from work my cell phone rings, and the number that was listed didn’t seem familar to me. I answered it anyways. This lady asks me if I called some random number, and of course I told her no. She then gets all fussy and tells me that my number is on the call log … um okay? I told her I never called her husband and what not and I hung up. She then calls me 20 times on my drive home from work. She then calls another 10 times while I am at home. I was getting pissed. She even sent me a few text messages too. So since this lady was rude to me, I sought out some revenge. I went to ebaumbsworld.com and used one of their celebrity soundboards. I chose Sarah Michelle Gellar, and I carried on a conversation with this lady over the phone. Oh, did I mention… I recorded the whole thing! Sarah Michelle Gellar then tells her bye, and the lady calls back again. Then her husband talks to SMG for a while until I hear him say “I think this is a recording” I made SMG tell them bye and then I hung up haha. I could also hear the husband in the background telling his wife that he let his friend use his phone and that is why my number was there… no. The recording is so funny, it may have been immature of me but oh well I was getting pissed. If you have to call someone over 30 times because you think your husband is cheating on you … you have trust issues. I played some of it to my friend, and she was laughing so hard. Ah, people amuse me. If the lady called me again I was going to answer the phone and pretend to be a cop or something so she would leave me alone.
Stupid people amuse me sometimes. OH! She even left me voice mail messages, wow they are so funny. Tonight I am going out with my friends to the club, since my dear friend Rachel is leaving next week (aww) I will def. miss her! Have you ever had someone call you, and they think you are someone else? People amuse, seriously. I should probably start getting ready soon since I need to wash my clothes haha. Wow, 10 themes?! You are a theme junkie, lol. That lady on the phone sounds crazy. I think I would have tried to block that number or something. I have had that happen to me before, but they have never called back a billion times.

I think that lady and her husband need some major marriage counseling. Or the lady needs to work on her trust skills.

fast internet? luckyy. i really didnt think that was possible.
the whole lady calling you story reminds me of what we did at camp with three way calling. we dialed two numbers and stayed silent and have them ask each other “why did you call me?” it gets pretty funny. you should try it sometime =D

All I can say is LOL.
You’re right about the trust issues. Is it a regular thing for her to go through the call log and harass people whose numbers she doesn’t recognize? Or maybe she’s a detective or a cop or something — that would explain her behavior. ( .. yeah right. Even a cop wouldn’t call someone 30 times like that)
I wonder why your number was on the log though? Could she possibly have been prank calling (a grown woman too o_o)?
That’s never happened to me before, and I’ve never prank called before either. It’s a waste of time and I don’t really think it’s funny. I don’t use my cell a whole lot either. Haha.
You have very pretty themes, btw. I honestly don’t think you need to remove any of them.

Fast internet is lovely. Lucky you. I remember when I first got cable and downloaded like 50 full albums in a day. Crazy.
10 times is over the top, I’d get so annoyed. On a final note, there are wayyyyy too many messageboards, rofl. I should close my own, even though I just opened it. I knew it was a stupid idea.

Ten themes is quite a lot, lol. I love them all, and I still don’t know which one to use.
That lady sounds weird, and good thing that’s never happened to me.. I only got one prank call, but that was years ago. x.x

Oh wow, I really love your new theme. The colors are great.
As for that suspicious wife, I think it’s time he files for divorce. I mean, wow. Is there ANY trust in that relationship? Was it really necesssary to call that many times? But you handled that nicely. I hope SMG taught them a lesson! Haha!

I’m a theme junkie too, only I’m trying to cut back. Unfortunately, I have something like 10 themes waiting to be used.

Oh my gracious, I’ve had that kind of situation happen before! A lady was, like, “Let me speak to such-and-such” and obviously, there was no such-and-such at my house. She started yelling at me, and was, like, “I paid for this phone you better give it to her and let me talk to her!” She was having such a tizzy fit. :p My dad finally took over and had this uber stern voice that I’ve never even heard and told her all what I had been telling her and that she shouldn’t call again.
Seriously, people are funny when they’re stupid.

I came to your site and saw the new theme and thought, “Wow!” I just love the clouds, or whatever they are. They make the layout look more like a photomanipulation. That’s Emmy Rossum, right?

At lot of people think I’m my sister when I answer the phone..and one time this girl called thinking I was my sisters friend..lmao..other then that nothing comes close to you story rofl!

LMFAO about the lady, though. But that’s a witty thing to do ;) I would have enjoyed myself so much with someone like that. Probably said I WAS the husband’s affair or something. It could potentially destroy a marriage, but my patience is very low and after the 5th call I could have cared less
I had someone call once asking for some lady. I said “hold on” and a few seconds later I returned and I did my best to fake my voice. They asked when they could come by to pick up “the money”, I said later that day.

Stupid people do amuse me lol. I had something like that happen on one of my old cell phones cause like this dude called looking for someone else and he was drunk and was like leaving these weird voicemails on my phone and I was like uhm okay hehehe. Apparently he was lookin gfor some Tommy guy. I hope he found him lol.

Wow, that is one funny story lol! I had a call last week. Some guy called and said “SUZY?” I was thinking “Wtf? People don’t ask politely to speak to someone anymore?” What happened to phone etiquette?

This new Darkness theme is really very pretty. I love the way the colors are blended together.
As for the phone call, I think you should have told the woman that she should put more effort into trying to figure out why her husband was possibly cheating on her, and less effort into putting the blame on everyone else but him. I really can’t stand stupid people like that, they drive me crazy.
I hope you enjoyed your time out with your friends.

What you did to that lady is the funniest thing I’ve heard all day! I probably wouldn’t have ever thought of that. She sounds like a dumbass, and I’m sure she deserved every bit of what you did to her. Although you didn’t do anything to deserve to be called in the first place.
