">Ugh boo?

edit: I created an image manipulation in the spirit of Halloween. To check it out go here. Thanks.

Imagine this. You hear some creepy sounds coming from your closet, so you decide to go ahead and check it out (because in horror movies EVERYONE always goes to the creepy sound right?) as you get closer and closer the sound gets louder and louder. You slowly open the door which creeks in delight of your curiousity. As the door is fully open you see a shadow-y like object moving out of the closet. This object then gets closer and closer to you when suddenly it goes “UGH … boo?”. Okay so, if ghosts or any other “evil” creature said ” ugh boo” I think I’d laugh but I needed a title and randomly came up with a story to go with. So what I am trying to say is HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

I got back from my trip on Sunday, and for the most part I had a good time. A lot of people enjoyed my Hogwarts student costume and people knew who I was dressed at the party Friday night so that was good. The friends that I were with dressed as the following: Becca was a pirate vixen, Brittany was a flapper, and Christopher was a pregnant nun (and yes, he is a guy). It was fun. The trip had it’s up and downs, but mainly it’s downs … at least for me anyways. It seems my Friday the 13th decided to start start on one day but to last a few days. Here’s a break down of everything that went on.

Friday:

  • I started my “womenly-ness” before class, I was so mad. I tried to not let that put me in a bad mood though.
  • After I got out of class at 10:50am I was finishing packing up my stuff before Becca came to pick me up. My dog (Neo) threw up and hid under my mother’s bed. I began to get really stressed out and for some reason had some weird mental breakdown by time Becca got there. I was so stressed I ripped (I don’t know why) a poster off of my wall (poor Green Day haha) and I also hit the wall (I now have a bruise on my finger, oops).
  • We got to Brittany’s apartment in Tallahassee at a decent time and just hung out and what not. We went out to eat and then went back to her place to get ready. Went to the party and had fun (there was drinking but I didn’t drink anything because I took midol before we left haha, but I’m not much of a “lets get drunk at a party with people I don’t know” kinda girl anyways.)
  • Left party went out for breakfest at 5am. Got home at 6am, which is when I got sick. Really sick. I kept going to the bathroom every few minutes to throw up, which sucked because I didn’t eat anything when we went out so I didn’t throw up much.
  • Didn’t sleep at all because I felt like crap.

Saturday:

  • Woke up, still felt a little “eh” but we went to FSU to check out the campus and what not.
  • While in one of the eating areas my flip flop BROKE. I was so mad. Christopher let me wear his shoes since he had socks on. I looked so odd with sneakers on and a skirt haha.
  • Threw up some more and then we went to the haunted house that night. Which was fun. Hung around blah blah I found myself getting annoyed with a certain someone for some reason. I think I was just rather confused when it came to “him” and began to just shut down and not talk (mainly because we came to a decision as to wear we stand, but that was months ago so I have no idea what’s going on now and it’s not like I want to just casually bring it up to him randomly especially since we don’t hang out just the two of us anymore). Boys are too damn confusing, but at least they find girls confusing too. So I guess, we’re even (at first I was going to leave this part out in fear of my friends reading it, but I don’t care anymore).

Sunday:

  • Still felt kinda sick but finished packing my stuff, and we left. The ride home was kinda fun though I guess, but I was super tired (stupid time change!)
  • Got home and felt a bit better, so I ate … a lot haha. I hadn’t eaten really anything in days, so it’s safe to say I was rather hungry.

I also forgot to mention some weird marks appeared on my face Friday night before the party, they are gone now. Monday my bad luck continued when I was locked out of my house. I had to drive ALL of the way to work to get the key from my mom and then drive back home. Then had to go to work a few hours later again. Wasted my gas, which sucked but oh well. Some badluck mishaps happened at work too (spilt really hot soup on my hand and what not). At least so far so good, nothing bad has happened today *knocks on wood*.

So all-in-all with all of the bad stuff that kept happening to me (most I am sure I forgot to mention) I still had an okay time. Also forgot to mention, while I was gone my dog was sick (I mentioned it briefly). He’s fine now that I am back, which is good. Most likely when I transfer schools (hopefully to FSU) I will have to bring him with me because he doesn’t listen to my mother really well haha.

Since I already celebrated Halloween Friday night I am not really doing anything tonight. I may help my mother pass out candy, but for the most part I am going to relaz, watch movies, eat candy, and maybe do a bit of homework (which I doubt but at least I thought about it right). Once I get my FTP program to work properly I will be able to upload all of the screencaps I have done so far, hopefully it will be fixed soon. I posted a topic about here, if you have any ideas please email me (I asked my friend Christopher to help me but he’s been busy so yeah).

Again, thanks for the comments they will be returned shortly. I hope everyone has a wonderful Halloween, and if you don’t celebrate it then have a happy tuesday. What are your plans for the night? Got a costume yet? What is your dream costume? My dream costume would be, hmm honestly I don’t know. I think it’d be fun to be dressed as something different, like something no one would expect like a dragon or something haha.

    Happy Halloween ~!

I wish I dress up or something, but I just didn’t know what to be. I had ideas but I didn’t know how to make them work.

Weird marks on your face is kinda creepy, what did they look like? And I hope you’re feeling better x_x

Happy Halloween, even though i’m about 40 minutes late now. Oops!

I remember seeing that costume on your myspace. You looked cute in it. Glad you were a hit. hehe. I didn’t really “do” Halloween this year. I just walked around with my friend, and helped my mom pass out candy.

It sounds like you’ve had some bad luck. My “womenly-ness” started a few days ago, and I tend to get pretty sick at times as well. :/

For some reason I keep typing in my password into the email input instead of my email. Thank god no one has been standing behind me :P

I love the manipulation, the colours, everything is just lovely.

I didn’t do anything for Halloween, well I watched Marilyn Manson on Jay Leno (performing This is Halloween, which was amazing) while eating Reese’s Cups and Licorice. Life plz! I did paint my nails black though, since I like dark clothes and my hair sometimes falls over my face I suppose I could have passed as a moderate emo….

Lol. That’s so sad, it’s kind of funny. It seems like we both had similar annoying trips at the same time.

At least you had moments of fun.

I never really get dressed up for halloween.

I won’t go to the toilet and check what is making that creepy sound. I’m sooo afraid of supranatural things and I believe in them.
I hope now you don’t get bad luck that often. It sucks.

I was planning on dressing up as a female version of Sesshoumaru of the anime Inu Yasha. I did not get the time or chance…. however, instead I just painted my face white and orange and put my Texas Longhorns shirt on…. the only people who got to see was my co-workers. So, at least it was not a total lost cause. ;)
