The year is 3020 and by some magical and technological advance you are still alive. So I ask you this, what does the future look like to you? Here’s what “my future” world looks like. No one is hungry or starving anymore due to advancements in being able to grow very large quantities of food within only minutes. There are no more poor people or less fortunate. We are now in a world of all upper class. Everyone has money and everyone spends it. Oh, and did I mention? You can live in space! Like a certain universe? You can live there or travel for the sum of 2 million dollars but on this time 2 million is about 200 dollars. The world’s economy is high through the advancements of technology and the fact that war and weaponry are a thing of the past. Everyone lives in peace and harmony in large, sky scraper-like buildings. Oh, I think I forgot to mention something again! Teleportation, in a blink of an eye you can go from one place to another. Sounds all fine and dandy and like my own little Utopia, but it also sounds like a cheesy movie where something weird happens and I have to save the day in the end. Hmm, that works for me.
I think the fact that I have been putting off studying for a quiz tomorrow, but lets face it. The professor fails at explaining, I am going to fail and so will others. At least we can all fail together! She ended up having to send an entire email about the quiz because everyone was so confused. It somewhat helped, but I am still going to fail. Oh well, I can easily make it up I’m sure. She also has a surprise for us tomorrow, watch it be something cheesy.
Playing the “Veronica Mars” theme song over and over again is fun. 43 plays later it’s bringing the repeat function to a whole new level! My friend/roommate just walked in “What the hell are you listening too?” of course I casually replied “The Dandy Warhols get with the timessss!”. I’m a bad student, yes I know this.VM makes me happy, only because her name is my name and it’s nice seeing another girl with my name on TV! Unlike the slutty girl on MTV who was on Road Rules, she scared me at put shame to my name!
Okay enough putting studying off! I will study … at some point. But I started working on my portfolio last night and that sounds more fun. See, I started working on it months ago but deleted everything I did on purpose. Yay for starting fresh! Okay I seriously go now. Oh how I wish I could teleport to 3020 now, and enjoy my world. Oh yes, my world will also have no quizes and no homework! World is looking better already. YAY. Doing the Blogathon is fun

I really like the sound of teleportation. It would make it a lot easier to see the people you care about – and no more excuse that there just isn’t the time or can’t get there.

Lol I am doing the exact same thing – putting off my coursework. I know it will be bad in the end when I have to do it all at once but it’s just so good not doing it.
