So my roommate/friend Becca came into my room around 2:30pm, she looked at my bookcase where my games are at and randomly had the urge to play The Sims on the xbox. So we played! We began building a very lavish house that after we placed quite a few items in it, the house was worth well over $140k. Then we realized there was a limit as to the number of items we could place … what? So we deleted some things, knocked out some walls and now the house was only $120k. Then we go to make our characters, we make each of our people and then we try to move into our house (by the way, our neighborhood is named Sparta. We were going to name it The Shire but it wouldn’t let us space it out) only to find we can because apparently we only have $20k … oh how nice. We stopped playing at about 7! We basically did all of that work for NOTHING. LAME. Moral of the story? Sims on computer = better.

When does/did school start for you? I start Monday the 27th … ew. I want my break back! Normally I would state what classes I am taking but I have NO IDEA! I was trying to change my major to an art major so I can take the design classes I need but the art department adviser told me it was impossible for me to do it at this time since it’s limited access, there are budget cuts, and a lot of students… or something.

So now I have to figure out 4 classes to take tomorrow when registration opens again. I am waking up at 8am when it opens just to do it! I hope I get SOME good ones, or I’ll be very mad/annoyed/sad. I also wanted to go on campus to see if I could find my classes if they are in buildings I am not familiar with. Lame, again.

Saturday I went with my mother and my sister to St. Johns Town Center (basically a giant mall) for the sole purpose to purchase a macbookpro (15” 2.2) for myself along with a 30gb ipod since it’s 50 dollars with a student discount. I named the mac Fawkes and the ipod Hedwig, after Harry Potter of course haha (images below). Well before I bought buying the mac and ipod my sister, mother, and I shopped for a few hours, ate, and then shopped some more. Mainly my sister (whom is 31 for reference, but looks my age) and my mother were the ones buying things (I am not much of a clothes shopper). This morning around 8 I am woken by a very annoying chainsaw-like sound. Considering my half-asleep half-awoken state the first image that crosses my mind as to what could be making the sound is Jason, from the horror movies. Now I have never seen a Jason horror film and I don’t believe he carries a chainsaw but this is what I saw. After a few moments I began to realize the sound was coming from across the street – doing some sort of construction. I found this rather rude, I mean come on … it’s 8 AM! I want to sleep. 15 or so minutes later the sound stopped, ah peace. I was awoken again at 11 hearing the same sound, now at 11 I didn’t mind hearing it since I needed to get up anyways.

I now have even more Wii games! I really need to update my wii page, especially since I have 5 new ones. The new ones are: Resident Evil 4, Sonic, Trauma Center: Second Opinion, Wario: Smooth Moves, and Super Monkey Ball Banana Blitz. So far I have been playing Trauma Center the most, but I do enjoy all of them

Site wise, I’ve completed two new site reviews (can be found here) and I plan on going through the site content and removing a lot of the outdated things that I have that are well outdated, boring, and unnecessary.
