HAPPY 22ND BIRTHDAY TO ME!

I am officially 22 today, wow … I feel old haha. 22 isn’t that exciting, but oh well. I haven’t done much today, I woke up this morning to find I have been trapped by a bunch of crape paper all over my door. Apparently when I went to bed last night my friends Becca and Brittany covered my door in happy birthday and blue crape paper, along with a cute sign and some balloons. Brittany took pictures when I woke up this morning, I am sure those are funny (I also took photos of it after I ‘busted’ out which are below).

So basically I had class from 8am-9:15am, came home and slept for a few hours and went to the grocery store. I made myself a nice lunch and I have been just laying about since then. I work at Target from 4:40-Close (I hope we get out right at 10 too!) which sucks, but oh well. I plan on buying some cookie dough at work so I can make some cookies for myself when I get home, my gift to myself I suppose.

Saturday I am going to out with Becca, Brittany, plus both of their boyfriends will be in town so they’re coming too of course, and two girls from work. This girl from work wants to take me to The Melting Pot (a fondue place) which will be followed by going to a bar/club type place. I can’t wait! Thankfully I am off Saturday (although I work tomorrow too – lame). I really need to revamp this website for the new year, especially since I get some days off. Along with working on Despair.nu, which I am trying to revive. Hopefully work goes well, since I want a nice birthday

I wanted to let everyone know that they still have 9 shopping days to buy something for the most important holiday ever, my birthday. It’s scary to think I’ll be 22, I don’t think I look it nor do I feel like it so I guess that is something? Birthday is January 17th for the record.

Anyways, classes started on Monday … lame. My schedule is okay, oddly enough all 4 of my classes are all in the same classroom haha. Sadly I have to wake up at 8am everyday though, but oh well. Here’s my class schedule:

On the bright side, I am done with classes pretty early It’s just the waking up early thing that I do not like, at all since I wake up at about 6:30AM everyday so I can catch the bus from the stadium to my class. Oh well.

In other news, my Christmas was nice. I was able to go home for a few days and opened presents with family on Christmas Eve (mother, sister, and sister’s husband). It was fun, got lots of fun and neat gifts. And since now it’s also past the first of January, happy new year to all!

Did anyone make any New Year’s Resolutions? Mine are to do well in school and complete assignments early, become much more healthy, and to do a 365 picture thing. You know the, take a picture everyday of something for a whole year. Well I am 8 days in, and so far so good! I tried last year and kept a journal with it as well but that lasted on a few days. Posting daily photos on flickr, trying to figure out how to post them on entries through plugins it’s just the finding a good plugin part!

That is about all that is going on, mainly just school, work, friends, etc. Actually hoping to find a new job, I love working at Target but if I can find a better paying job with better hours then woo hoo! And lastly I also bought the book  that The Golden Compass is based off of, so far so good! Just got it today so hopefully I’ll get more into over the next few days
