Bamboo Funz!

by Veronica

I have a problem. Everyday last week I planned on blogging but clearly I did not, I am blogging now only because I am waiting for a boat in WoW haha. Anyways, I have been busy with school, work, friends, and of course gaming haha. I had a very lovely Valentine’s Day filled with yummy food and lots of candy that I am still noming on, it was a nice relaxing day and I enjoyed myself with my boyfriend. I hope everyone else had a nice day as well :)

Last week I got paid and got my tax return back, originally the plan was to save the money and maybe just buy a few things … but that changed, quickly. I have decided to purchase a Bamboo Fun (Small). I had a tablet years ago but it was small and about $30 so it didn’t do much. I asked for one for Christmas from my dad and stepmom but they sent money instead. Amazon has it on sale (retails for $99) but with tax and such it’d only be about $94 which is good :) I’m waiting a few days to order it to see if I get approved for the Amazon credit card since it makes it only about 60 bucks and I can pay it off right away. I’m super excited about getting it as well :) Should definetly help when I start taking my actual design classes. What is one thing you want to get with your tax return and if you dont have one what would you get?

And now I am running an instance in WoW so I shall cut this blog short :3

Admittedly I haven’t filed my taxes yet (waiting on a 1099!). But, I expect that I will be getting very little if anything for my tax return, because I am taking so many deductions! On the upside, though, I expect that I will have to pay little if anything for my taxes.

Good luck getting the Bamboo Fun! I’d heard it wasn’t a very good tablet, so I hope I’m wrong and that it works out for you.

Oh, hopefully you get your Amazon credit card approved, my flatmate got one a couple of months ago and she seemed to enjoy it very much and hope of the same for you~ ^^

What I’m planning to get when I get my tax return (which I’m not sure how much it would be this year….) would be some stuff for my room at home since I moved back and a few other little bits and pieces on my wishlist! :)

Random place to put this but I couldn’t find any other contact thing on here and your ‘ask me a question’ doesn’t work, and you’re never on AIM. o_O Having that said..why is it that I’m able to log into wordpress but I can’t access the FTP anymore? I need to get into the FTP so I can upload this plugin to keep spammers away -___- Respond via email or AIM if you happen to be on it.

I don’t think I will be getting any tax returns; I might need to pay tax instead

I would so love to have a tablet! I had been planning to get this mini tablet for the longest time but lack of money has always stopped me  I want one because it will be useful for me to draw pictures on it to show my kids since I will be teaching in elementary school and I am not too good at drawing using mouse.

Ohh like the look of the Bamboo Fun! My fiancé is looking for one of these so might have to get him a wee present =)
Sadly we don’t get tax returns in the UK – getting tax back is like getting blood from stone and even that would be more successful lol

Oh dear. The W.O.W. infection has spread here too! Lol. I got into that game a few months back, but I couldn’t stick with it as long. Lots of newbs kept following me everywhere I went, and it really killed the game experience. Of course, I didn’t want to be mean =( Anyhow, it was fun though. My BF talk about it all the time and it’s really starting to work a nerve.

Anyhow, this Bamboo thingymajig really does sound neat! I’ve never tried “digital drawing” but they say it’s really fun & you can produce some A+ work with it =) I hope you get it!!

I know the feeling when you want to blog, but you just can’t seem to get to it.
A tablet seems like a good thing to buy for your tax return. I hope you enjoy it :) If I got some money I would buy a new pair of sneakers ’cause mine’s about to fall into pieces.

I think we all have a plan on how we’re going to spend out tax refunds but it always manages to change. *lol* I always work hard at making sure I put at least half of it my savings account and the rest I take to the mall. *lol*

Cool about the tablet! I need a new one because my last one died! :(

As for the tax return, I put some in savings, and hubby and I both got a big ticket item, for mine I got a new laptop! Also used it for just some mall shopping and randomness!

Ooh, I am so looking forward to my taxes return (in Denmark that’s in march.. I think) – that is going to be a very nice break in a tough financial situation :) I am not going to buy anything special, because I imagine I will have quite the overdraft by that time..

I haven’t gotten my return back yet. Pft. Our neighbors doing my taxes, and he’s taking his sweet time. Maybe, because I hit his car – backing out of our driveway on Friday the 13th? :P
