Moving out on the 1st of August (have to be out by the 3rd), and it’s just right around the corner! One roommate left last Friday and another one has been visiting her boyfriend in GA for a week but will be back tonight. Before we move we have to paint the living room back to white (the three of us painted it a cute light purple color), but since it’s just white paint we can splatter it all over the walls and get it done pretty fast As you can see in the picture above the last 3 days I have been off so I have been packing. A lot. All I really have left is my furtinture in my room, dishes & food in the kitchen, and some bathroom stuff + a few outfits I didn’t pack to last me the whole week.

I am so excitied to move out and after all of the stress of living in this apartment I am soooo ready for it! From the maintance people taking ages to fix things (and forgetting!), to the guys below blaring their music at all hours of the day, to the office not doing anything about well, anything. I am SO excitied about the new apartment although we can not move in it until the 19th, so a break at home will be nice

Classes ended a few weeks ago, and I am glad it’s over! I enjoyed my 3D class but a break from school is always nice I ended the class with a B- a nifty dragon staff that I’ll post pictures of at some point. Saturday marked the 233rd birthday of america’s freedom, I celebrated it with my friend Brittany We saw a lovely firework display at a local park (some photos and videos on my Flickr page) and ate some very yummy food. I haven’t been to a firework show in a while so it was nice to go! What did you do for the 4th of July?

Wednesday morning Patrick (boyfriend) and I will be going on a mini-camp out I am VERY excited! We’ll be travelling about 3 hours to St. George Island where we will spend the night. The weather is starting to get rainy and icky so I hope it’s not raining there (theres a beach and I plan on spending most of my time in the ocean!). I haven’t been on a vacation in a while so this will be a nice treat. Also Sunday the 12th I am going home until that Friday which I am happy about as well Any vacation plans this summer? If you’ve already gone on vacation, where’d you go?

Moving day is slowly creeping up on me and I am still excited. This apartment complex is proving to myself and my friends why we are leaving this shithole! Stuff for Despair.nu is coming along well, people have emailed me back about helping out as well as a lovely person who offered their coding services :D! I am excited for the new despair and I hope others are too. I am still working on the new layout for my own new domain (Artsie.me) and besides, Comcast here blocks me out of my sites when I try to upload files so it’s best to do the site move when I go home next week I feel like everything is coming together and becoming less stressful, which is lovely.
