I’ve seen Rofflecopter used by several bloggers for various giveaways, but now they are doing a giveaway too! They have this adorable smiley faced mascot that has no name. All you have to do is suggest a name for him for the chance to win! You can also get additional entries by tweeting the giveaway, blogging about it, and more.
I’d love to win this contest! I’ve been wanting to get my mom and iPad or a kindle fire so this is perfect
Use the widget below to enter! And if you do please put that I (Veronica nacochan@gmail.com) referred you :D! Good luck to everyone who enters!

In the last blog I mentioned the current projects I am working on for all of my classes. Well I have been working on each one since then and thought I’d share the progress on them :D!
Web Development
This is not our final project. We had to build a social networking website. I chose to create one about gamers. With the help of my super-awesome professor we were able to add the ability of people to upload screenshots to display on their profile. I am really loving this class and sad it’s almost over! Our final project is creating a Wordpress site – think I should be fine with that one
Already turned in this website, just waiting for my grade. And my professor emailed me asking if he can use my website as an example for future semesters YAY!

Here is my website. Feel free to sign up!
Painting I
I think this is a method I may use for a future painting. Creating something in photoshop and then painting it. I am really loving how my painting is turning out so far (the picture is kinda bleh :P). I plan on creating a blog post just about this painting once it’s completed to show the full process for it. As well as discuss why I painted what I did. This project is due Wednesday!

Media Print Problems Workshop
I finished the book resume we had to design and showed my professor on Thursday. She basically told me that I could design something better – and she’s right! I am currently working on a new book (which I’ll post pictures of once it’s finished) but have also been coding away at the website. Still have quite a bit of coding to do but it’s up if people want to see it so far.

Go here to see my portfolio.
In other news, I also opened two new blogs over the last few weeks! ChicksPwn.us which is a group gaming blog! Will post reviews, general gaming chat, and more. I also opened TradeChat.us with my boyfriend (although I’ve been the only one posting haha) where it’s all about World of Warcraft! I also even opened back up my youtube channel (nacochan) where I have been posting WoW videos and soon will post gameplay from my xbox 360 as well as vlogs.
Growing up I always had a big imagination. From pretending to be running from dinosaurs in my backyard (I blame Jurassic Park) to pretending to be a mermaid in bath tubs and swimming pools. I even believed monsters lived under my bed and even in my closet, and would often check to make sure they were not really there. I guess the monsters under the bed thing is something I never grew out of.
Okay, so I know there are no monsters under my bed but I sleep a certain way with my blanket and it’s something I have done since I was little. I HATE for my feet to be uncovered. If I don’t have a blanket on me, for some reason, than I don’t care. If I do have a blanket my feet need to be uncovered. I even tuck the blanket under my feet slightly. This was something I did when I was little because my thinking was that the blanket would protect me against the monsters under my bed. And if my feet were uncovered they could get me. I even drew some nice pictures to illustrate this

The above = bad. Notice the weird yellow-eyed green monster is able to access my feet? Yeah, that’s bad.

This is good! Feet covered by blanket and the monster is sad because now he can’t eat me.
Even though I know monsters don’t exist, I probably won’t stop covering my feet anytime soon. I guess there are some things we just never really grow out of
Also thanks the comments on me graduating, I am very excited!
