I’ve been enjoying a nice Saturday off, not to mention it’s Spring Break (but it ends this weekend :(). Today I was mostly productive and made a delicious dinner and goofed off. I’ve also been watching Avatar the Last Airbender Season 3 thanks to a co-worker who had it recorded Oh how I missed this show, I hope the movie does not fail.

Anyways. A lot has happened-ish since my last blog. First off, thanks for the birthday wishes – granted over a month late but thanks School is school and I am ready for it to be over. Work is work but still fun. And the boyfriend is awesome. Yeahhh, I have a boyfriend … again. I got back with my ex, after a 6 month hiatus from him we got back together. He contacted me on Facebook to tell me he found a new job (we worked together, yes it’s as awkward as you think it would be) and it turned into us talking again. We met in person and talked more and next thing you know we hung out a lot and got back together Things are awesome. I think no longer working together will definitely be a good for us! Beyond that little excitement it’s the same-ol-same-ol.

I’ve been working on a new layout and I am trying to figure out how to integrate my class art projects without just using flickr as a resource, so far not so good. I’ve tried a few gallery plugins but none seem to work how I want them to. So if you have any ideas please let me know I’m a horrible blogger and hope to start blogging more frequently again, maybe even a vlog here and there. I am way too easily distracted by my xbox and boys

HAPPY NEW YEAR <3! I can’t believe it’s 2010 already, nor can I believe I am FINALLY opening the new site! I registered this domain back in May (yeah a while back :x) and was finally motivated over the last week to finish it and decided that opening it on the new year would be nice I’ve edited some pages and added some new stuff as well with the move so everything should be in working order. The only thing I am having problems with is the 404 page and the contact page at the moment, but hopefully I’ll figure those out soon. Do you have any New Year resolutions? Here are mine (one was to get this site open so yay for completing one already!)

• To actually exercise and eat as healthy as possible (and not just every other-other month like I have been doing!)
• To get into the graphic design program at FSU (I apply this upcoming semester!)
• To keep a daily moleskin of random thoughs, doodles, and general babble.
• To learn how to play my acoustic guitar, my goal is to at least learn one full song.

And there’s probably more but at the moment I am drawing a blank Since I last blogged at Blissful.nu (oh how I will miss that domain!) I’ve bought an Xbox 360 which is my current addiction and quit World of Warcraft, again. I am very much addicted to Modern Warfare 2 since a very lovely person got it for me, it’s too much fun for it’s own good I also picked up a copy of Mass Effect at work for only $4.98 (I love clearance). In other news, I have not been up to much. Classes start next week and I wish my break was longer. I hope everyone has a Happy New Year!

As for Despair.nu – the domain has expired and the coder I originally had to add new features to it has been having internet problems. I have all of the files and databases backed up so hopefully sometime this year I can re-open Despair. Sorry it is taking so long, but hopefully sometime in this new year I’ll be able to reopen that site as well on a new domain I’m excitied to be blogging again, I missed it!

Work has been crazy as of late, I am getting twice as many hours as I want and it’s driving me crazy! Thankfully next week’s schedule is fixed so I’ll have time to work on the things I want to work on (such as Despair, the new blog, and oh you know BREATHING for once). Classes have also been crazy as of late too, lots of projects not so much lots of time. Ahhh.

I’m slowly but surely getting everything moved over to the new domain, I keep hitting some bumps in the road with coding and other things but it’s coming along Same goes with the new Despair.nu it’s a tedious process but it’s coming along as well. On Thanksgiving break soon so that will give me some more time to work on both!

Nothing really new has happened except I quit WoW about a month ago to play Everquest with some friends I may go back to WoW when the new expansion comes out in a year but until then EQ is fun, WoW was just getting really boring for me! I’d also play Aion if my desktop would run it or if they had a mac version

This Saturday I get off at 7 (thanks to someone switching shifts with me) and I am going to the fair with some friends, I am sooo excitied! I went last year and had a blast and I know this year will be just as magical ;) (the picture above is from last year, I stole it from my friend’s facebook haha!). I am so craving some yummy fair food right now (so good!) and ready to just have a night of fun instead of work or school! Anything exciting coming up for you :)?
