I’ve been playing video games since I can remember. My older sister had the original Nintendo system growing up and I remember playing Mario and Zelda (or as I called it as a kid “the golden game”) and that’s where it all began. When I got older I got my first gaming system – a sega genesis (which I still have somewhere) I spent hours playing Echo the Dolphin, Aladdin, and Lion King. I also had the portal version (sega game gear). Since my “early days” as a gamer I have since grown to more variety of gaming. I’ve picked up other systems along the way (Playstation 1 and an Xbox) but my most recent obsession was World of Warcraft.

World of Warcraft

In February 2007 I started to really hear about a game called World of Warcraft. I had one friend that played it and I talked about it with several others online (from various message boards) that played it too. My friend mentioned that WoW was offering a free 10 day trial of the game, so I decided to try it. I was very into raiding in the last few months that I played and had a lot of fun with the game and hope to get into it again someday, maybe. My main character is a Night Elf Druid named, Veroicone. I was a healer and dps and also took a whack at tanking. Although I have taken several breaks due to being busy with either work or school, I still love the game … mostly, but was finding it to be very repetitive and boring after a while. In total I’ve played the game for over 2 years, but now I am on a current break (again!) at least until the next expansion maybe comes out in November ’10.

Currently

There was a Black Friday sale at work and the xbox 360 elite came with a giftcard, and since I also got a discount I couldn’t pass that deal up! I convinced my mother to let me buy it and to have it be considered a Christmas present, one of my uncles also sent some Christmas money early for it Since that day, I’ve been hooked! I only have a few games but the few games I have I loveeee. Currently I am obsessed with playing multiplayer in Modern Warfare 2 with friends. My gametag is nacochan so feel free to add me! I also own a wii which I received around the time it first came out from a friend, but I usually only play when hanging out with friends.
